Baldo: The Zelda alternative finally has a release date and shows itself in a new trailer

Zelda fans watched! The Action Adventure Baldo: The Guardian Owls has finally gotten a release date. The developer studio revealed that the title will be available for all platforms in a few weeks. In addition, players have the chance to convince themselves in advance in a new trailer from the NI No Kuni look.

That you have to know about Baldo

When the game appears? Interested parties can acquire Baldo from August 27 2021 for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC and Apple Arcade. The game was already presented in 2019 by the Developer Studio Naps Team.

What's in Baldo? The premise begins with a child's pure heart was born. The heartless creature was actually sealed by the wise owls in the underworld, but rises from her shadow due to birth. It is now about you to reject the creature back into your barriers.

Baldo is a mix of Zelda and NI No Kuni

In Baldo you explore the open game world with the main character of the same name, solves puzzles and explores dark dungeons. Everywhere in the game world there are cities of full of curious characters that have main and co-missions for you and sometimes accompany you through the world. Of these, you want to hold you numerous monsters and opponents.

The CEL-SHADING optics and the Ghibli style of Baldo are strongly reminiscent of the JRPG NI No Kuni. GameplayTechnically we can probably expect a washfast adventure as in the Legend of Zelda series. But in contrast to the sources of inspiration, Baldo is more likely to be played from the bird's eye view with a fixed camera angle and not from the flexible third person view. So at least the trailer suggests.

Even the fans in the comments look happily looking forward to the release. Especially the look of the game stimulates the interest of gameship. So if you feel like the action adventure, you should mark the 27th of August 2021 red in the calendar.
