Since the past month, it is known that the football game series Pro Evolution Soccer will now be known as Efootball. In addition, Konami is looking for a Free2Play model, which is designed very long-term and should be constantly being expanded. But what about the release version that appears in the fall of this year? On these and some other important questions, Konami has recently delivered the answers via Twitter.
Accordingly, the launch of Efootball in the fall in many ways is more likely to be regarded as a kind of expanded demo, which is only a limited number of teams and game modes available. This release version is intended to serve that players can make friends with the new model as quickly as possible. More detailed details about the scope wants to betray Konami in the coming weeks. Micro transactions and other Ingame purchases are not available at the beginning, but will follow at a later date. One of the first content that appears in the episode of the launch is the so-called Master League in the form of a premium add-ons
Furthermore, a mobile version of Efootball is also scheduled, which even offer a cross-play feature. However, the mobile release should by no means bring a graphics downgrade for the other platforms. According to Konami, the game will "exploit the hardware of each platform completely". In reverse, however, this also means that the mobile version will not look as good as the socket for the PS5, the Xbox Series X / S and the PC. A concrete release date is still not fixed.
