Out of an original boredom, DataMiner Ighor July made the greatest discovery of the year and found next to already announced play a bandwidth of all, so far untanced video game titles.
SteamDB founder Pavel Djundik put together a list of all games from the Nvidia GeForce Now database. If you throw a closer look into the game list, you will discover a title that our editors Hannes and Linda are likely to be delighted.
After Final Fantasy 7 could follow the next remake
What has been discovered? In the list, a remake appears to Final Fantasy 9. Similar to the Final Fantasy 7 Remake, the ninth part of the series could now be accompanied with a complete new version, which would adapt both visually and playfully to today's time.
Originally Final Fantasy 9 was published in 2000 for PS1 in Japan. The publication in Germany was followed only a year later. As a result, the title has been graphically polished and published in 2016 for PC, 2017 for PS4 and 2019 for Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. However, it only blossoms with the graphic pickling, which is why a complete new edition of many fans would be desired.

Final Fantasy 9: Fan Project wants to show how a remake of the PS1 classic could look like
There was still something: For Final Fantasy 9 an animation series is already planned. The PS1 classic becomes flicker as a children's series over the screens, although the game itself treats more gloomy topics that are leaning against shakespeare plays.
By announcing the TV series and the supposed leak, it could indeed be that in the future a final fantasy 9 remake could be sent to us. But it would all be a new indication. However, Square Enix is currently about to do all the hands full, as they have to focus on the development of the second episode to Final Fantasy 7 remake.

nvidia confirms authenticity of the list
We can trust the leak? Nvidia itself confirmed against WCCF Tech now that the leak is actually real. So the list should be used with already published and speculative titles for internal tracking and testing alone. However, this should not be a confirmation that the respective games actually exist.
However, it is unclear whether Nvidia would like to operate damage limitation or that the titles actually only are pure speculation. Accordingly, we should enjoy Final Fantasy 9 Remake with caution and wait, whether Square Enix after Final Fantasy 7 Remake is already taking the next remake.
What would you want from a final fantasy 9 remake?
