The new shooter SPLITGATE (PC / XBOX / PlayStation) is just really hot on Steam. The crazy mix of portal and Halo seems to go up well and started to Gamescom his Season 0. With this also came a supposed simple feature in Splitgate, but that beats big waves. We summarize Meinmmo.
Which feature is new? It is a final killcam, so a small video at the end of a round that shows the last kill in the match. Although there was a normal Killcam, the final killcam was a frequently desired feature in the community of the shooter.
The fans argued that well-known shooters like Cod and Overwatch also have such features and make sure that the executing player feels really good at the end.
The developers introduced and now granted the game with Season 0 the Final Killcam and a Killcam for all game modes, except for SWAT mode. In the patch notes, the developers comment this section of the update with the words: Yes, we have seen your petitions.
The community loves the new feature: Already a few hours after the release of the update, there are massive clips in social media, because of the new feature. Because while you could only see how to get killed, players can now specify with their own kills and feel good.
On Twitter even a kind of race is started by the best trickshot. From a trickshot one speaks when a kill is carried out in a particularly unusual manner and involves useless or not the kill to supply elements. If you see an opponent and you shoot him then, of course, that's cool. But if you see him, then swings you through two portals and turns 180 degrees and shoot him then, that's a trickshot.

What is Splitgate actually? Splitgate is an arena shooter where your portals can use to get faster from a place to the others, or even cast you away canoeball-style. The shooter goes to Steam so much through the ceiling that the developers even had to move the released atum to provide new servers.
Splitgate can currently attract and delight up to 46,000 players at the same time (via steamcharts.com). The title is currently in an open beta on Steam and free for every playable. This beta continues to run until the stability of the servers can be ensured for launch. There is currently no exact date for the final release.
With the start of the Season 0, the developers expand the GAME again around some features. From the community it is also well received that there is new content, although the game is still a beta.
